What are my options for placing an order? |
| |
You can use our online shopping cart to place your order or you can call us toll free at 866.511.8792 and we would be happy to process your order over the phone. Orders can also be faxed to us at 323.395.0566. Please use our FAX ORDER FORM. All order methods will receive a fax confirmation order form and artwork proof which needs to be signed and returned before your order can actually be sent to the factory. (Special online order note: due to the custom nature of promotional products, your "order" will only reflect base pricing information and may not include charges for options, set up, tax or shipping. All charges will be noted on your faxed order form. |

What are my payment options? |
| |
We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express as your form of payment. When an order is placed by phone or online, the credit card will be charged 50% of the order. When the order has been processed and shipped, the invoice will be modified to show the actual shipping charges, and the remaining balance of the order is charged to the credit card. We also accept company checks or money order, but we must receive the check before your order is released to production. |

How do I request a sample? |

You may order a sample by making your request online or by calling our customer service department as 1800-511-8792. |

Do you offer free samples? |
| |
Yes, we offer free samples (and shipping) on product that is under $15. Samples over $15 will be bill at the lowest quantity price. There is also a standard shipping fee of $8 for all sample over $15. All samples will be shipped UPS ground. |

What are the shipping charges? |
| |
Shipping charges are not reflected on your online order. Shipping charges will be calculated when you receive your order via fax for approval. All shipping costs are estimates only due to the nature of the varying of the product. We can also use your UPS or FedEx account number for shipping if requested. |

What are set up or screen charges? |
| |
This is the charge from the factory for setting up your imprint on the equipment. Typically, but not always, this charge is a one-time charge so that if you reorder the same item with the same imprint within 1 year that charge will be waived. |

Do you charge tax? |
| |
Yes. Sales tax will be charged for non-resale items in the state of CA. Tax exempt organizations should fax us a copy of your certificate in order to waive those charges. Resellers can supply us with a copy of your reseller certificate to have the tax waived also. |

How do I know what the item colors / imprint colors are product? |
| |
Each item should have a list of the colors available for that item. Please remember that item photos are only a representation of the colors due to the widely varied screen display settings. Imprint colors are also often listed. All available imprint colors are listed in the more product information section underneath each product image. |

What about over / under runs? |
| |
These are additional production products that exceed the quantity ordered, or vice versa for under-runs. The industry standard is 5%. This occurs due to the nature of the imprinting process and equipment setups. All over runs are charged additionally. Exact runs are possible but additional charges may apply. |

How long will it take to get my order? |
| |
Each item has a different production time. Each product lead time is listed on the product page. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing also. If your order is time sensitive and must be delivered by a specific date you must inform customer service at the time of order or it must be indicated in your online order. |

What are your artwork requirements? |
| |
All artwork must be camera ready.
We accept:
Adobe Illustrator (8.0+) .EPS or .AI files
Adobe Photoshop (5.0+) .PSD files
High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF files

What if I don’t have artwork? |
| |
If you don’t have artwork, it’s not a problem. We can recreate your artwork for you. The charge is typically $45 for standard graphics. |

Will I see a proof of my imprint? |
| |
Before any order can be sent to the factory, we will send a black/white fax proof to your for approval. Multicolor imprints will receive an email JPG file also. If you want to see an actual sample with your imprint (spec sample), an additional charges will apply. Ask customer service for details. |

Can I order quantities below the minimum quantity? |
| |
Some products are available at below minimum quantity. Less then minimum items must be order by calling customer service toll free at 866-511-8792. |

What is your return policy? |
| |
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order we will resolve the issue promptly. A return authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept unauthorized returns. You must contact our customer service team for all returns. |

What is your order cancellation policy? |
| |
Charges for all online orders are authorized once the order is placed. There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all order that are in production (after artwork approval). Once an item has reached full production it can not be cancelled. |

Can I get my order as a RUSH? |
| |
Yes! We offer many, many items with production in as little as 3 days - some even 1 day! Please call customer service for more details on available items and to verify your event date. |
