Order Processing Time

Order Processing Time:

EWG Promos will make every effort to provide you with the best service possible. We recognize the importance of easy online technology, and have built a dynamic website to keep up with the new trends. Our website is designed to make ordering easier, but we always welcome phone orders.

When ordering online you will receive an order acknowledgement via email. When ordering by phone an order form will be faxed. If a phone order is place, an order form is faxed to you so you can complete the order form and fax back.

You may log in to your account to view the status of your online order. You will also receive emails of any status changes. Before we charge your credit we make sure that the item is in stock.  Following receipt of your artwork and the order, we will start processing your order.  You will receive an email that your order is being processed.

  • A paper proof will be faxed or emailed prior to production release. Your order will not be release to production until a receipt of faxed approval or email approval of the artwork has been received.
  • You will receive an email that your order is in production.
  • When your order is shipped you will receive via email tracking numbers, as well as, the date it was shipped.
  • A final invoice will be mailed or emailed.

Note: If your payment is by company, your order will not go into production until we receive your check.

Order Changes:
We will make every effort, upon your receipt of your request in writing, to change or cancel your order. If the order is not in the production process, no additional charge or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, where orders have already begun the production process the setup fees may vary from the original quotation subject to your revised requirements. Any additional charges will be notified in writing prior to proceeding to full production of your order.

We are unable to stop or change your order if the order has already started the production process. We can, however if you wish, prevent delivery or redirect it to an alternative location. In all such cases you will be charged the original amount quoted for any orders cancelled at this stage.

Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of the production process. Any increase in the order may be regarded as a separate contract, and as such as separate delivery date may apply, unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.

Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, as well as company checks and money orders. All payments on our website are secure and confidential, and any data collected for billing purposes will be used by EWG Promos only and will not be sold or shared with any other company or organization. **Please Note: If your payment is made by company check or money order, your order will not be sent to the factory until we have received your check. Be sure to factor the time it will take for us to receive your check into your schedule. If your order needs to be rushed, we recommend sending checks or money order via priority or overnight delivery.

Over & Underruns

Over/Underruns:
Due to manufacturing quality and production standards, there will be overruns and occasionally underruns. EWG Promos will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence; however, the industry standard for most products is plus or minus 5%. Example: if you order 1,000 pens you may receive as few as 950 or as many as 1,050 and will be credited/billed accordingly.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and Order Changes:
We will make every effort, upon your receipt of your request in writing, to change or cancel your order. If changes need to be made to your order including color changes, imprint methods, artwork, or shipping information, EWG Promos requires to be informed within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to stop or change your order if the order has already started the production process.  Any changes that need to be made after this time period might incur a change fee, and in extreme cases will not be able to be made. EWG Promos reserves the right to not be held liable for changes which do not occur within this time period of your order.

Returns

Return Policy:
EWG Promos guarantees all of its orders 100%.  However, due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final.  Please note that we will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or errors in filling an order.

  • To make a return, you must notify us via email our customer service department within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You will receive instructions and an official return authorization number. All returns must be received back within 15 days of purchase date.
  • Place the return authorization number you are given on the outside of the box and inside the box on a copy of your order or on a separate piece of paper. We will not accept any returns without an official return authorization number written on the outside of the package and included inside the box on a piece of paper.
  • Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund, exchange or credit. This will depend upon the situation and will be discussed at the time you receive the return authorization number.
  • All sales are final.

 Samples

Random Product Samples
Product samples are used to show our customer exact product details.  All product samples will be blank or have a random imprint with another company?s logo. 

Sample Cost
EWG Promos is pleased to provide free product samples for items valued at less then $5.  All samples that have a value of greater then $5 will be billed at the lowest quantity price and have a flat shipping rate of $8.

Sample Shipments
All sample shipments will be delivered via ground service.

Pre-Production Samples

Pre-product Samples
A Pre-production sample is an exact sample that shows your desired product, in the color(s) you have chosen, with your own imprint or decoration on it. Pre-production samples are highly recommended and are a very worthwhile investment for you as a customer. This is because it is far better for you to see one sample of your desired product, with decoration, up front ? if any changes need to be made, the entire production has not yet been run and the cost savings (and peace of mind) are enormous.

Pre-Production Sample Cost

Pre-production sample costs vary depending on the product(s) ordered. In many cases, the cost for a pre-production sample may seem quite high. This is due to the setup and preparation involved in generating one customized item. EWG Promos will gladly deduct the pre-production cost from your final bulk order.

Sample Shipments
Shipping costs for pre-production samples are the customer?s responsibility. If you do not have a shipping account (such as UPS or FedEx), we can use our shipping account and bill the charges to you.
